This picture reminds me of something from my Dad&#8217;s shop &#8216;Alexander The Grate&#8217;. It specialises in antique fireplaces, but sells lots of random bits and bobs as well. Our house is filled with things like this.  It makes me very sad to say that the shop hasn&#8217;t been doing so well over the last couple of years, and has been sold to the Chinese supermarket next door. It is closing it&#8217;s doors at the end of July :(
